Company History

In 1987, Robert A. Stratton, Jr. began his career as a licensed salesperson in the Industrial/Commercial Real Estate Industry. In 1994, after seven years of hard work, Robert Stratton was awarded the designation of being an "Active Member" of the AIR Commercial Real Estate Multiple. At that same time, Mr. Stratton obtained a California Real Estate Broker / Officer License and incorporated Stratton Industrial / Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc. ("STRATTON") as a new independent Industrial / Commercial real estate brokerage firm in the industry.

As President/Broker Officer of Stratton Industrial/Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc. Robert Stratton has SUCCESSFULLY represented and assisted Buyers, Sellers, Tenants, Landlords & Developers in the purchase, sale, lease and development of all sizes and types of Industrial & Commercial properties (5,000 to 100,000+ sq. ft.) totaling MILLIONS of square feet located throughout the Santa Clarita Valley, San Fernando Valley and Ventura County.

Stratton Industrial/Commercial has assembled a tremendous team of real estate professionals who have enabled us to complete thousands of commercial property sales and leasing transactions since 1994.

Our ability to immediately provide excellent online market data (current availabilities & historical sale & lease comps) and generate lease and purchase agreements has proven a key factor in helping our clients close deals before the competition gets involved. Often, a few hours or even a few minutes can determine whether our client's deal is accepted before a competing offer is submitted.
